Susan Cumming

As Associate Accountant for Westcourt Capital Corporation, Susan’s role includes supporting the controller functions and providing internal statements for clients. She is also assisting in the development and implementation of efficiencies within the corporate, client and estate functions including processing the passing of accounts.

Susan brings over 20 years of experience from managing her own boutique back office accounting firm, Legacy Accounting Services Inc., which provides accounting services to brokerages, registered charities, private holding companies and real estate partnerships (development and commercial real estate). Prior to this, Susan worked primarily in the real estate sector, including brokerage, development and property management, at both large institutional firms (Cadillac Fairview, Lehndorff Property Management and Royal LePage) and small entrepreneurial developers. She has also held management positions.

Susan is a graduate of Ryerson Polytechnical Institute’s business program. She has taken certification courses for the CMA and holds the following certifications: BOMA registered Real Property Administrator, ICSC – International Council of Shopping Centres Certification and Certified Advisor for Quickbooks, She is also a certified by Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada.
