Julianna Co, BCom

As Senior Business Analyst, Julianna’s core responsibilities involve the development, implementation and improvement of processes across the various business units at Westcourt. She supports the Principal, Information Technology with Westcourt’s IT and Cybersecurity program.

Prior to joining Westcourt, Julianna worked as a Research Analyst in the Continuous Improvement and Strategic Planning department at one of the Ontario ministries. In that role, Julianna worked on transformational projects with stakeholders and the broader public sector to achieve excellence through resource optimization and process efficiency. Julianna’s past experience also includes working in the Finance department of an asset manager in the hospitality sector, where she supported the financial reporting and month-end activities of the Finance Team, accelerated cheque runs, and vendor set-up and supported the company-wide transition in ERP software.

Julianna earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University (then known as Ryerson University), majoring in Economics and Finance, with a minor in French Language Studies. She was formerly a Speaker’s Liaison for TEDxTorontoMetU organization and served on the university’s economics course union for several years. She holds the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certificate from ISC2.
