Janice Dubiansky, LLB, TEP

As President, Janice’s responsibilities include overseeing the business of the firm, including all corporate initiatives to further Westcourt’s organizational and strategic objectives, and leading Westcourt’s Research & Analytics team. She also serves as a strategic advisor on the Senior Leadership Team and to departmental heads regarding key business and management issues and sits on Westcourt’s Executive Committee.

Prior to Westcourt, Janice was an associate in both the corporate tax and private client services groups at a leading internationally recognized law firm before joining a boutique estate planning firm in 2016, eventually becoming a partner in 2018. During her years in private practice, she advised individuals, families, and closely held businesses on a wide range of estate, trust, tax, and succession planning matters.

Janice earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Queen’s University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
