Grace Tsang, BSc, LLB

As Senior Legal Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Grace’s responsibilities include conducting legal due diligence for Westcourt’s investment opportunities and structures, overseeing Westcourt’s regulatory compliance responsibilities, and advising on in-house legal matters.

Before joining Westcourt, Grace was CEO and CCO for an exempt market dealer and registered as a Dealing Representative. She was also Vice President, Legal and Compliance at a litigation financing company. Grace started her career in private practice at a full service firm which offered services in a variety of areas, including personal injury, class actions, wills and estates, and real estate.

Grace earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
