Brintha Senthilrajah, CFA, CPA

As Principal, Research and Analytics, Brintha works closely with the Research & Analytics team in the screening, evaluation, due diligence and on-going monitoring of Westcourt’s investments products. She is responsible for conducting a thorough analysis of the investment performance of alternative investment funds, including explaining performance results, investigating performance discrepancies and bringing issues to resolution.

Before joining Westcourt, Brintha worked in the Asset Management division of a leading investment bank in Sri Lanka. In her role as an Associate, she worked closely with the Senior Portfolio Managers by analyzing private wealth management portfolios and coming up with effective solutions to improve the portfolio returns. She was also instrumental in monitoring the risk profile and returns of a given portfolio while instructing the account transactions and looking over the account administrations.

Brintha’s past experience also includes working as an Associate Vice President at a leading provider of high-value research, analytics and business intelligence to the financial services sector. In this role, she supported a UK-based asset management firm by carrying out investment research on equity counters of interest, evaluating their outlook and writing conclusive-driven notes based on research findings.

Brintha earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from Oxford Brookes University, UK, in Applied Accounting. She is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Charterholder.
