Ahmed Said, CFA

As Principal & Portfolio Manager, Private Wealth, Ahmed works alongside Westcourt’s Portfolio Managers in constructing, managing, and monitoring diversified investment portfolios which are tailored to meet client goals and objectives. Ahmed is registered as a Portfolio Manager (Advising Representative) and Dealing Representative.

Prior to joining Westcourt, Ahmed was an Associate Investment Counsellor at a wealth management company. In this role, he worked with Investment Counsellors in designing, recommending and implementing bespoke multi-asset-class investment portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients. Ahmed’s past experience also includes working as a Financial Advisor at a leading Canadian financial services company and an Equity Research Analyst Intern at an investment management firm.

Ahmed earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, with a major in Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Charterholder and a member of the Toronto CFA Society.
