Ahmed Said, CFA

As Principal & Portfolio Manager, Asset Management & Client Services, Ahmed works alongside Westcourt’s Portfolio Managers in constructing, managing, and monitoring diversified investment portfolios which are tailored to meet client goals and objectives. Ahmed is registered as a Portfolio Manager (Advising Representative) and Dealing Representative.

Prior to joining Westcourt, Ahmed was an Associate Investment Counsellor at a wealth management company. In this role, he worked with Investment Counsellors in designing, recommending and implementing bespoke multi-asset-class investment portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients. Ahmed’s past experience also includes working as a Financial Advisor at a leading Canadian financial services company and an Equity Research Analyst Intern at an investment management firm.

Ahmed earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, with a major in Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and a member of the Toronto CFA Society.
